Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Invoice or Order ID must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened food or dry fruit products
• Customized or personalized products
• Discounted or clearance sale items
• Damaged products due to misuse

3. Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.

4. Refund Process

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account.

5. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
